You can browse some of our cats and kittens available for adoption on our Cats for Rehoming page, or get in touch with us directly at littlesoulsrescue@gmail.com
With so wonderful cats in our care ready for adoption, we’re confident we can help you find the perfect feline companion.
For the most up-to-date information on cats currently looking for their forever homes, please don’t hesitate to contact us — our list is regularly updated.
Please Note:
We do not operate a traditional on-site cattery. Our cats and kittens live in loving foster homes with our experienced volunteer carers, giving them a calm, nurturing environment while they wait for their forever families.
Once an adoption application is approved, we bring your chosen cat or kitten to your home for a meet and greet.
This helps ensure your environment is suitable and that the match feels right for both you and your new little soul
Adoption Fee & Ongoing Care
Adoption fees are non-refundable.
Once a cat or kitten is adopted, any future veterinary treatment or care is the responsibility of the adopter, as our resources are limited.
If you are unable to keep your cat or kitten, you must inform us so we can arrange collection and ensure they return safely to our care.
This is important to protect the welfare of the cat or kitten and to make sure they are not passed on or sold.
Your adoption fee helps us cover essential veterinary costs, including treatments, neutering, microchipping, vaccinations where needed, as well as additional care such as X-rays, dental work (including tooth or teeth removal where required), and other operations—giving every animal the best possible start before finding their forever home.
We strongly recommend that all adopters keep their pets up to date with regular flea and worming treatments, as well as annual booster vaccinations, to ensure they stay happy and healthy
⚠️ Important Info
Moving to a new home can still be stressful for any cat and may sometimes trigger minor health flare-ups, such as conjunctivitis, even weeks after adoption. Please be mindful of this.
This is common for all cats, including rescue cats, and applies to those adopted from both larger and smaller rescues, such as the RSPCA, the Blue Cross, and others

Recommended treatments:
Fleas and lice: Credelio monthly
Worming: Milpro every 3 months
If you wish to use a Combined flea and worming treatment: Moxiclear (covers fleas, flea larvae, hookworm, roundworm, heartworm, ear mites (otodectes), and mange mites (notoedres))
This is a monthly treatment
All treatments should be obtained through your vet, so they can provide the correct dosage and ensure the most suitable care. Please always follow your vet’s advice.
Thank you
Fleas, worms, and mites can enter your home on clothing worn outside, on shoes, or even via other pets—such as a dog that walks in long grass or public areas. This is why indoor cats are still at risk .
Indoor cats can also be exposed through contaminated bedding, soil, or by coming into contact with insects .
Preventative treatments protect your cat’s health by stopping parasites and infections before they even start, helping your cat stay happy and healthy.

After receiving their final veterinary check, moving to a new home can still be stressful for a cat and may sometimes trigger minor health flare-ups, such as conjunctivitis, even weeks after adoption.
This is common for rescue cats , including those who been adopted from the bigger rescue like the RSPCA, the Blue Cross, and other rescues.
Adoption fees are non-refundable. 🐾 Understanding the 3-3-3 Rule in Rehoming
Adopting a cat means patience — they need time to settle and feel safe. The 3-3-3 Rule helps explain this:
3 Days to decompress and feel safe
3 Weeks to settle into routines
3 Months to fully feel at home and show their true personality
Adjustment times vary — Free Roamers or nervous cats may take longer. We’re always here to help.

Indoor-Only Policy: Keeping Cats Safe
At Little Souls, all kittens and some rescued cats are adopted as indoor-only to ensure their safety.
Kittens:
Must stay indoors until at least 1 year old.
Young cats are at the highest risk of road-traffic accidents (RTAs).
Treatment for RTA injuries can cost hundreds to thousands of pounds.
Adult Cats:
Some adults must remain indoors due to trauma, fear, lack of road sense, or past RTA injuries.
If outdoor access is allowed later, keep the cat inside for 4–5 weeks after adoption.
We strongly recommend indoor homes or secure outdoor spaces such as catios or enclosed gardens — this saves lives and keeps cats happy and protected.
